I’m an ICT and Education Operations Manager, Indianapolis Office Leader, and Associate Principal at HEAPY, with more than 40 years of experience in technology support, design, and project management. My work focuses on educational technology, communications, security, and technology systems for K-12 and higher education environments. I enjoy leading complex technology projects and helping educational institutions develop innovative, practical solutions that support the way students, educators, and communities learn and connect. I’m a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) and Registered Telecommunication Project Manager (RTPM). 

My advice to candidates is to be curious, ask questions, and come prepared to share how your experience and ideas can contribute to the team.
